C.Michelle Art Privacy Policy

Privacy:
All artwork created in the duration of the project, may be used to promote my artwork, no identifying information will be utilized.
Intellectual Property:
All ownership of work completed by myself rests with me. Once I have received the final payment for the commissioned piece, I will ship the work to you.
Art work completed by me must include my name, Charlena Wynn, Charlena M. Wynn, or C. Michelle Art, if sharing on social media including but limited to Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Tumblr, Pinterest, and LinkedIn as well as blogs.
Portfolio:
Showcasing the work that I do is important to building my portfolio. I reserve the right to promote my work in other media not necessarily owned by myself, such as websites, portfolios, presentations, events and print media.
Promotion of my work will not breach the above privacy terms – I will not showcase work created for you without your permission and until the project is completed, unless payment is not received, in which I am the sole owner of the work.
Costs:
20% deposit is due before work will begin.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise another date has been decided beforehand.
Effective March 2018, each day late, a 10% charge will be added to the amount due.
Legal advice will be consulted should a client negate to settle an outstanding account within 60 days of the invoice due date.
I reserve the right to adjust project rates should the scope of the project change, or the amount of work required at my end is increased significantly by the request of additional requirements.
Should there be any new, foreseeable charges, I will notify you (most likely by email or text) and obtain an explicit agreement before proceeding. Such additional charges will be billed together in the next invoice.
Data Collection:
I receive, collect and store any information you enter on my website or provide me in any other way through payment forms. Including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. I use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. I collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications) and payment details (including credit card information) should you decide to hire me for a project.
Most information is collected when you visit my site or enter your information in the connect form or YouCanBookMe. Other ways is when you make a transaction through PayPal for services. Personal information you give such as your name, address and email address are collected. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.
I collect personal data: to conduct services; for customer surveys, and to create marketing campaigns and better understand clients.
C.Michelle Art hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides me with the online platform that allows me to market my services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. I utilize PayPal for transactions, in which they collect personal data. Read their stance on privacy.
Cookies used on Wixsite include but are not limited too: SvSession – permanent, creates activies and BI, Hs – session, for security, XSRF-TOKEN – persistent cookie, for security, JSESSIONID – session, tracking session.
